Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has warned people to sign only after understanding financial transactions. <\/p>\n<p>The central bank issued a notice today to raise financial awareness. &#8220;In any financial transaction, both the financial service provider and the customer are bound by certain conditions. It is the legal obligation of both parties to fully comply with the terms,&#8221; the notice reads, &#8220;Therefore, instead of regretting tomorrow, we should ask questions until we understand the terms written on the paper before signing.&#8221; \u2019<\/p>\n<p>Customers should read and understand the terms and conditions before availing financial services. &#8220;If you do not understand, you should keep a copy of the signed paper to be clear by asking the question and keep a copy of the signed paper,&#8221; the notice reads. \u2019<\/p>\n<p>In addition, it is the responsibility of the customers to provide the information and details related to the transactions required by the financial service providers as per the rules. &#8220;It is the responsibility of the financial service provider to give correct and simple answers to the questions of the customers and to provide complete information and documents related to the customer&#8217;s transaction,&#8221; the notice reads.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
