Kathmandu. On Monday, the NEPSE index closed in the positive circuit for three times. The NEPSE index rose by 6 percent in the first hour of trading. Today, the NEPSE index increased by 162.93 points to close at 2,875 points. <\/p>\n
After the formation of the government led by the RSP, there was a positive circuit as soon as the market opened today. The first circuit brake opened the market and the second circuit hit again within 1 minute. <\/p>\n
In the pre-open session, the market rose by 108.60 points to the positive circuit within a minute of regular trading. The NEPSE index rose by 5 percent or 135.72 points to close for 40 minutes. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index which opened at 12:01 pm today closed 6 percent higher. <\/p>\n
Today, the share price of 252 companies has increased while the share price of one company has fallen. Today, 11,43,000 units of shares were traded and a total of Rs 55.59 crore was traded. Shares of Narayani Development Bank were traded at Rs 3.13 crore today. Shivam Cement and SY Cement traded shares worth Rs 2.89 crore and Rs 2.86 crore respectively. <\/p>\n
Today, the share prices of 24 companies have hit the positive circuit. The investors of Corporate Development Bank and Shivashree Hydro earned the most by 10 percent.
