Among them, Kathmandu Constituency No. Ranju Darshana of Rastriya Samajwadi Party (RSP) has been elected from Province 1 while Yogesh Gauchan of Nepali Congress has been declared victorious from Mustang. <\/p>\n<p>Kathmandu Region No. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) candidate Biraj Bhakta Shrestha from Lalitpur constituency no. 8 Toshima Karki has also won from constituency 3. However, the election office has not officially announced it. <\/p>\n<p>Counting of votes is underway in 108 constituencies.
