Kathmandu. Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited is going to launch an initial public offering (IPO) from March 10. The company will be issuing IPO to project-affected locals and Nepalis who are in foreign employment in the first phase. <\/p>\n
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has issued a paid-up capital of Rs 1.20 billion. A total of 42,30,668 units of shares worth Rs 42,30,66,800 i.e. Rs 100 have been approved for the issuance. <\/p>\n
Out of the total offered shares to the locals, 12 Lakh units will be set aside for the locals of Bhojpur district and 10% of the total offered units to the general public will be 303,067 units. <\/p>\n
Applications can be place for minimum 10 units and maximum 50,000 units. Nepalese working abroad can apply for the C-ASBA service from the banks and financial institutions participating in the C-ASBA service and from CDSC’s My Share. <\/p>\n
The IPO for locals will close on March 26 at the earliest and for the Nepalese working abroad, it will close on March 1 and at the late on March 26. <\/p>\n
The customers can bid for the shares from Prabhu Bank’s Bhojpur, Pauli and Hatuwagadhi branch of Prabhu Bank, Bhojpur branch of Citizens Bank and Prabhu Capital. <\/p>\n
