As part of the campaign, the company has opened two authorized service centers at Adarsha Nagar at Birgunj on February 28 and at Arbit Mall, Shiva Chowk, Janakpur on February 28. <\/p>\n
With the opening of these service centers, Xiaomi users of Madhesh Province can now enjoy quality service in their area. According to the company, this expansion is expected to further strengthen customer satisfaction. <\/p>\n
Xiaomi’s Smart Watch & Fitness Band, Earables (Earphones & Headphones) and various IoT IoT Devices will be provided by Xiaomi’s Smart Eye Center. All spare parts used here will be authentic. <\/p>\n
These service centers will be operated by Teledirector Pvt. Ltd. Teledirect, a part of Ramesh Corp., is the official service manager for Xiaomi brand across Nepal and has established itself as a trusted service provider among customers. <\/p>\n
The company has also announced a special offer on the occasion of the inauguration. Customers will get free servicing and software upgrade service on all devices for one month from the date of launch. The company will also provide up to 25% discount on spare parts and repair services outside warranty and no service charge on spare parts outside warranty. <\/p>\n
