Kathmandu. There are ups and downs in a person’s life. Time is not always the same. Pranav Joshi is a person who has the principle that life is to move forward by accepting every good and bad thing given by time. Pranav, who was risking his life in his school job, never thought that he could earn income from the insurance business. Although he had little knowledge about insurance, Pranav was not deeply knowledgeable about the profession of an agent. <\/p>\n

Pranav was born in 2043 BS in Patan of Lalitpur. Pranav’s childhood was spent happily ever after. Even though he grew up in the city, Pranav never got drunk. He kept moving forward with the intention that there should be sorrow and struggle in life and only then life would be meaningful. <\/p>\n

Pranav is currently working at Kathmandu World School. Now he is doing the insurance part-time. He is committed to making insurance accessible to all, understanding insurance and ensuring that insurance is accessible to all, that insurance should be understood by all, and that insurance should be insured by all. He says he pays his insurance during school hours and holidays. <\/p>\n

Sir Arun Acharya, who knew Pranav, who was busy in a pure school job, advised him to join the profession of insurance agent. “It is very good to work as an insurance agent because you can do it in your leisure time and include your relatives, acquaintances and friends in the insurance,” he said. \u2019<\/p>\n

Pranav was inspired to join the profession of an agent. And in 2080 B.S., he started working with a license from Citizen Life. It was only after joining the agent profession that he realized that he could earn a lot of money without investing in the agent profession. <\/p>\n

In a short span of time in the insurance sector, Pranav was able to perform well. He gave his first insurance to his friend. It is not that it was not difficult for him in the beginning to bring in a business by paying insurance suddenly at a time when he did not understand much insurance. However, with the support of the senior team at the branch and head office, he overcame that challenge with ease. As he submitted his insurance, he continued to learn on his own. “The insurance sector taught me something I didn’t know,” he says. <\/p>\n

Insurance Agent Profession Suitable Destination for Living in the Country <\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Pranav believes that the insurance sector can be a suitable destination for those who want to stay in the country and build a better future. “It’s everything in this profession. There is respect, respect and respect. The insurance sector is a fertile sector in terms of income if one does hard work in other countries,” he said. <\/p>\n

Pranav says, “By utilizing my free time, I got a chance to learn a lot of good things from the insurance sector. This field taught me a lot. After joining this profession, he was not only financially strong. His public relations also expanded. Relationships were established with every human being. Along with money, he was able to cover society, friends and his relatives under the ambit of insurance. “I’ve been able to explain it to people who don’t understand insurance. I’m very happy about it,” he said. <\/p>\n

According to Pranav, the insurance agent profession is financially and socially excellent and he is satisfied with this profession. He said that anyone who works hard without investment will be successful in this profession. According to him, there is still a lack of insurance awareness in the Nepali society. “Only a few percent people have access to insurance,” he said, adding, “Nepalis living in far-flung areas still lack insurance awareness.” Not only insurance companies and agents, but the government should work to expand the scope of insurance. \u2019<\/p>\n

Pranav believes that getting insurance is a challenge. He says that he should be given time and trust in insurance should be sold. “There are very few people who come to buy insurance on their own,” he says, adding, “Since insurance is a profession that sells trust, I urge the agents of all the companies to disseminate the truth about the insurance in the market.” Since the entire insurance market is ruined by one person, everyone should spread the good and the truth. \u2019<\/p>\n

Pranav believes that only insurance agents who are capable and long-term in this profession will be successful. “A person who has good patience, knowledge about insurance, positive thinking, ability to reflect reality and is fully knowledgeable about insurance will be successful in this profession,” he says. <\/p>\n

Pranav says that there are many benefits of insurance. “Insurance is both savings and investment. Insurance is the compensation given in case of financial loss,” he says, “Insurance is a means of helping oneself and family when oneself is not there, getting sympathy for accidents, future illnesses and illnesses specified in the policy, and living in case of complete disability.” Insurance is a friend of sorrow, a support for the elderly. The investment of ease and happiness is a treasure trove of discomfort and sorrow. Therefore, insurance is not the same as buying it when you need it. Insurance is a way to buy insurance in difficult times. \u2019<\/p>\n

Despite his job, Pranav is equally active in insurance. He strives to achieve every goal the company gives him. Appreciating the support of the company’s top employees and the entire team, Pranav said, “Due to the support of the company, today I got an opportunity to move forward in the insurance sector as well. I was introduced to the insurance market because of the trust I had with my customers. I’m proud of it. I am forever grateful to the company. \u2019<\/p>\n

Pranav has received awards under schemes like Bronze Club, Diamond Club, Hero of the Month, among others. He is also a 2026 MDRT qualifier. He has also got the opportunity to travel to different places by completing the company’s schemes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
