Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the price of shares of Supermai Hydropower Company Limited (SME) for bonus shares. <\/p>\n
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted its share price to Rs 591.67 per share. The company’s share price was closed at Rs 710 per share on Tuesday. Now, the company’s shares will be traded at the adjusted price. <\/p>\n
The company has decided to close its book for one day on February 26 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution. This means that only the shareholders who have remained in power as of February 26 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the meeting. <\/p>\n
The company is organizing its 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 31 at Lisra Reception, Naxal, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 11 a.m. <\/p>\n
The AGM will endorse 20 percent bonus shares and Rs 5,927,977.89 for tax purposes. The AGM will endorse a special proposal of issuing 100% right shares in the ratio of 1:1 of the paid-up capital. <\/p>\n
The company will also pass a special resolution authorizing the Board of Directors to carry out revision of its capital structure, bonus shares and right shares, if any suggestions are received from the regulatory bodies. <\/p>\n
