Sagarmatha Hydropower Company Limited (Sagarmatha Hydropower Company) is about to issue 73 lakh units of shares. <\/p>\n<p>The company has issued a notice today informing that the lock-in period of 72,93,784 units of shares has expired. According to the company, the closing period of the shares will expire on March 30. <\/p>\n<p>Currently, 59,83,320 units of promoter shareholders, 1,173,200 units of local and 1,37,264 units of employees of the project are in locks. The shares of these groups are required to be held for 3 years from the date of IPO allotment issued to the general public. <\/p>\n<p>However, the office bearers of the company&#8217;s board of directors and employees working in senior management positions are not allowed to buy and sell shares.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
