KATHMANDU \u2014 The Election Commission (EC) has recommended the government to give a three-day public holiday in view of the upcoming elections to the House of Representatives scheduled for March 4. <\/p>\n<p>Writing a letter to the government today, the EC has recommended a 3-day holiday during the election. The commission has recommended a public holiday on March 3, 24 and 7. <\/p>\n<p>Similarly, Holi falls in the hilly districts on March 2 (Monday) and Fagu Fernima (Holi) on March 2 (Tuesday).
