Simrik Air has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM) with a proposal to issue an IPO. <\/p>\n<p>The company has called its AGM on March 28. The meeting will begin at 5:00 pm at the company&#8217;s registered office located at Kathmandu-32. <\/p>\n<p>The AGM will endorse a proposal to register the company with the Securities Board of India (SEBON) and conduct a public offering (IPO). The meeting will also approve a proposal to amend the company&#8217;s regulations. <\/p>\n<p>The AGM also approved a proposal to distribute cash dividend to the shareholders for the last fiscal year 2081. 82 Annual and Auditor&#8217;s Report shall be approved. <\/p>\n<p>The same assembly elected the current fiscal year 2082. 83.
