The meeting will be held at 11:00 am at Lisara Reception, Naxal, Kathmandu. The date of the AMICUS meeting was fixed as per the decision of the board meeting of the bank held on Tuesday, February 18. <\/p>\n<p>The AGM will discuss and approve the annual report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2081\/82, the auditor&#8217;s report along with the financial position of Jyoti Bikas Bank up to Ashad 2082 and the profit or loss account and cash flow statement of the fiscal year 2081\/82. <\/p>\n<p>The AGM will discuss and approve the integrated financial statement of Jyoti Capital, a subsidiary company of the development bank, along with the financial statement of FY 2081\/82, appoint an auditor to audit the fiscal year 2082\/83 as per the recommendation of the audit committee and determine the remuneration of the bank.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.\u00a0 Jyoti Bikas Bank is going to hold its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 12, 2019.
