KATHMANDU: Himalayan Life Insurance Company Limited (HLIC) has decided to hold its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today. The assembly will begin at 10:00 am at Amrapali Banquet in Bhatbhateni, Kathmandu. <\/p>\n<p>The Board of Directors will present the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2081. 82 Annual Report and Auditor&#8217;s Audit Report shall be approved. The current fiscal year 2082. The meeting will also endorse the proposal regarding appointment of external auditor for Province 83 and determination of his\/her remuneration. <\/p>\n<p>The AGM shall approve the appointment of an independent Director appointed by the Board of Directors and also the expenses of the Board of Directors.
