Sahas Energy and NRN Infrastructure Development have applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) seeking permission to issue right shares. Both the companies have sought permission from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue 100 percent right shares in the ratio of 1:1. <\/p>\n<p>Sahas Energy will issue right shares worth Rs 4.57 billion if the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) gives the go-ahead. The company will issue a total of 4,57,38,000 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 to its shareholders. <\/p>\n<p>NIMB Ace Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the right issue of Sahas Energy. <\/p>\n<p>Likewise, after getting approval from the Securities Board of Nepal, NRN Infrastructure will issue right shares worth Rs 1.79 billion. The company will issue a total of 1,79,81,211.99 units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 to its shareholders. <\/p>\n<p>Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the right issue manager for NRN Infrastructure.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
