Himalayan Hydropower Limited has received approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission (ERC) to issue right shares. <\/p>\n<p>The commission has sent a letter on February 4 informing it that it has given prior approval to Himalayan Hydropower to issue 100 percent right shares in the ratio of 1:1 in the existing paid-up capital. <\/p>\n<p>Himalayan Hydropower has a paid-up capital of Rs 1.09 billion. The company will now issue rights shares worth Rs 1.09 billion to its shareholders. <\/p>\n<p>After the issuance of the right shares, the paid up capital of the company will reach above Rs 2.19 billion.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
