The Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) has cleared only 12 percent of the complaints in the second quarter of the current fiscal year. This shows that the judicial performance of the authority is very slow. <\/p>\n<p>According to the Insurance Reflection made public by the NEA, a total of 465 complaints have been received at the central office and province offices of the NRA till January of the current fiscal year.
