ICFC Finance has received approval to issue bonds. <\/p>\n<p>The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to ICFC Finance to issue ICFC Finance Debenture-2089 with a debenture of Rs 500 million. ICFC Finance is issuing a total of 5 lakh units of debentures of face value of Rs 1,000. <\/p>\n<p>The debenture is for a period of 7 years.
