Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited has received permission to issue 100% right shares. <\/p>\n<p>The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower Limited to issue right shares in the ratio of 1:1 of its current paid-up capital. The company will now issue rights shares worth Rs 40 crore. The company will issue a total of 4 million units of shares at a face value of Rs 100 to its shareholders. <\/p>\n<p>After the issuance of the right shares, the paid-up capital of the company will reach above Rs 80 crore.
