This city is being built in Dubai and it is preparing to become a new center of attraction for the world. Dubai authorities have announced that the ‘New Dubai Gold District’ will be officially launched soon. The aim is to transform Dubai into a hub for gold and jewellery. <\/p>\n
This ‘City of Gold’ will be the world’s first ‘Gold Street’. It will be a unique street made entirely of gold. It is designed to create a major tourist hub in Deira, Dubai. “The project will bring retail, wholesale, bullion and investment under one roof,” officials said. This will create an integrated ecosystem for the gold and jewellery sector. \u2019<\/p>\n
‘Gold Street’ under construction in Dubai{<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n }<\/p>\n Authorities in Dubai hope to set up at least 1,000 retail shops on Gold Street. This will establish the street as the ‘City of Gold’ and give a new identity to the already vibrant city of Dubai. This will enhance Dubai’s prestige. <\/p>\n Officials said they would release more details about the Gold Street plan, design and other developments. However, a video has been released for now. <\/p>\n According to a UAE government official, both Gold District and Gold Street will showcase Dubai’s commercial heritage and its place as a global hub for gold trade.
