KATHMANDU: Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited has successfully organized a two-day National Agency Meet program at Hotel Grand Pokhara under the chairmanship of the company’s Chief Executive Officer Mr. Raj Kumar Aryal. The event, which was attended by eminent agency leaders and outstanding agents from across the country, was felicitated by the company to provide exceptional performance to agents and members who achieved MDRT 2026. <\/p>\n
On the first day of the program, a felicitation ceremony was held recognizing the agents who have played a significant role in the growth of the company through outstanding business, dedication and continuous contributions. The agents who received MDRT 2026 were highly rated by the company for their professional excellence and leadership potential, especially honoring them as achievements of international standards. <\/p>\n
On the second day, a training session focused on capacity building and leadership development of the agents was conducted. Internationally acclaimed Sales Trainer and Leadership Coach Neel Jha imparted motivational training on sales skills, leadership skills, mindset transformation and building long-term relationships with customers. His strong presentation and hands-on experience motivated the participating agents to move forward with higher goals. <\/p>\n
The program was attended by Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company Mr. Kabi Phuyal, Chief Marketing Officer Mr. Ganesh Chaulagain. <\/p>\n
