He said that he is working on a 10-point action plan to make the company strong and competitive in the market. <\/p>\n<p>According to him, discussions are underway to provide loyalty bonus for the professional security and incentives of the agents who form the backbone of the company. <\/p>\n<p>According to Dahal, a strategy has been adopted to reduce expenses and control the company to strengthen it. He said that coordination between the company and the agent is more necessary. <\/p>\n<p>Board member of the company, Sachin Acharya, described the agents as financial advisors and urged them to work with high morale.
