The stock market has seen a rise on the last trading day of the week. The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) index increased by 9.23 points to close at 2714.61. <\/p>\n<p>With the rise in the market, 10 sub-groups of NEPSE sub-group have increased while three have fallen. On the day, the finance group rose the most by 2.38 percent and the trading group fell by 1.15 percent. <\/p>\n<p>Shares of 162 companies increased and 88 declined. Shares of 10 companies remained stable on the day. <\/p>\n<p>On this day, the share prices of 5 companies have hit the positive circuit. Shares of SY Panel, Srinagar Agritech and Trishuli Hydropower Ltd surged 10 per cent, while Corporate Development Bank and Excel Development Bank surged nearly 10 per cent. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-284536\" src=\"https:\/\/insurancekhabar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/top-gainers.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"531\" height=\"529\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Today, the shareholders of Kalika Power suffered the most. The company&#8217;s share price fell more than 6 percent. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-284535\" src=\"https:\/\/insurancekhabar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/top-losers.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"533\" height=\"534\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Similarly, the market was traded worth Rs 9.07 billion today.
