The shares are unsold right shares in the ratio of 1:1.34 of the current paid-up capital of the company. <\/p>\n<p>Any eligible person and organization interested in this share can apply for the purchase. Applications can be place for minimum 1,000 units and maximum 1000 units of shares at a price of Rs 1,000. <\/p>\n<p>The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 75 per share. This means that investors will have to bid at or above the minimum price. <\/p>\n<p>The bid can be submitted at the company&#8217;s central office at Tinkune, Kathmandu.
