Unfortunately, Denmark has failed to do anything in this direction. Now the time has come and it will be done. \u2019<\/p>\n<p>Trump&#8217;s statement comes at a time when some European countries have opposed Trump&#8217;s proposal to annex Greenland to the United States. Earlier, Trump had also talked about imposing 10 percent tariffs on eight European countries that support Greenland. <\/p>\n<p>Danish Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen said on Sunday that Europe cannot be blackmailed. \u2019<\/p>\n<p>The US President argues that if Greenland is not annexed to the US, Russia or China will annex it.
