The company has decided to distribute all cash dividends without issuing bonus shares. The company has also completed its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 14. <\/p>\n<p>ICFC Finance Company has declared a dividend of 15.7895% to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. The company has decided to distribute all cash dividends without issuing bonus shares.
