NRN Infrastructure and Development is to invest Rs 100 million in the Upper Myagdi Hydropower Project. <\/p>\n<p>An investment agreement was signed between NRN Infrastructure and Upper Temporary Hydropower on Wednesday. As per the agreement, NRN Infrastructure will buy a total of 1 million units of promoter shares of Upper Term Hydropower at a face value of Rs 100. <\/p>\n<p>NRN will have 4.35 percent ownership of the company&#8217;s total capital.
