Asian Life Insurance Company has declared a dividend for its shareholders. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held at 9:00 am on January 15 has announced the dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY. <\/p>\n<p>The company has decided to provide 10.5263 percent dividend which includes 5 percent bonus shares and 5.5263 percent cash dividend (including tax) from the distributable profit of the last FY. <\/p>\n<p>The proposed dividend will be distributed after the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company is approved by the Insurance Authority. <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-283549\" src=\"https:\/\/insurancekhabar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/598037500_33204329759212680_7357197139269137110_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"913\" height=\"1280\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
