The annual general meeting of the company scheduled to be held on Monday, January 7 for the review of the fiscal year 2081\/82 has been postponed due to lack of quorum. The company said this by issuing a notice in NEPSE. <\/p>\n<p>The Board of Directors decided to postpone the AGM due to lack of quorum for the AGM.
