Kathmandu. Laxmi Sunrise Bank has concluded its Fifth Annual General Meeting. The meeting was held at Agrawal Building, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu. <\/p>\n
The bank has decided to distribute 10.53 percent dividend on its current paid-up capital. This includes 10 percent bonus shares and 0.53 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. The meeting of the bank has endorsed the proposal. <\/p>\n
The report of the Bank’s Board of Directors for its Twenty-fifth Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been approved by the bank. The AGM has approved the auditor’s report along with the balance sheet of mid-July 2082 and the profit or loss account and cash flow statement of the fiscal year 2081\/82 ended on the same date. <\/p>\n
The AGM approved the proposal of appointing auditor for the fiscal year 2082\/083 BS as per the recommendation of the audit committee of the bank and determining his\/her remuneration. <\/p>\n
The AGM has endorsed various proposals including increasing the authorized and issued and paid-up capital to the required extent for the issuance of bonus shares, amending the structure of the board of directors of the bank, amending the bank’s memorandum and regulations and authorizing the Board of Directors of the bank to make necessary amendments if suggested by the regulatory bodies. <\/p>\n
In the fiscal year 2081\/82, the bank had deposited Rs 371 billion and loan of Rs 287 billion. The bank has earned a net profit of Rs 4.06 billion in the review period.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
