First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has called its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 16, 2019. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at Shubham Reception, Kalopul, Kathmandu. <\/p>\n<p>The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing cash dividend at the rate of 6.50 percent of the current paid-up capital. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting will also approve the appointment of directors, appoint an auditor, elect 1 director on behalf of the general shareholders. <\/p>\n<p>The microfinance company is closing its book for one day on January 1 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution.
