National Microfinance Financial Institution for the fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting of the board of directors of the company has decided to distribute 15 percent dividend of Rs 199,741,278.94 out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1.33 billion. Out of this, 14.25 per cent will have bonus shares worth Rs 189,754,214.99 and 0.75 per cent cash dividend worth Rs 9,987,63.95. <\/p>\n<p>The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
