The company has declared 40% bonus share and 2.105% cash dividend on its current paid-up capital. <\/p>\n<p>The company has called its 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 19 at 9:00 am at Amrapali Banquet, Thirbam Road, Kathmandu to approve the dividend.
