Nepal Stock Exchange (Nepse) has reminded the listed companies to pay the annual renewal fee for their securities. <\/p>\n<p>NEPSE has issued a notice for the second time today. It has asked listed companies to pay the annual renewal fee of securities for 83 years. Earlier, NEPSE had issued a notice on September 23 requesting the government to pay the renewal fee by mid-October. <\/p>\n<p>Failure to pay the renewal fee within the stipulated time will result in a penalty of 10 percent of the annual renewal fee and the listing can be suspended as per Regulation 16 of the Securities Listing Bylaw, 2075. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>How much does anyone have to pay the annual renewal fee? <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>As per the regulation, companies with a paid-up capital of up to Rs 500 million have to pay Rs 50,000 and Rs 100,000 respectively. <\/p>\n<p>Similarly, debentures and mutual funds have to pay Rs 25,000 if the paid-up capital is up to Rs 50 crore, and Rs 50,000 if it is above Rs 50 crore. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
