Without mentioning any country in his post, he wrote, &#8220;This tariff will apply to trucks coming to the US from other countries.&#8221; \u2019<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Beginning November 1, all medium and large trucks coming into the United States from other countries will be subject to a 25% tariff,&#8221; Trump wrote in a tweet. \u2019<\/p>\n<p>In his second term, President Trump has changed US trade policy.
