However, the District Administration Office, Kathmandu, issued a notice at 10:00 pm last night and urged all types of public offices, corporations and local governments to open their offices from Monday as the weather is improving and the risk situation has passed. <\/p>\n<p>KATHMANDU: All government and public offices and institutions are to reopen from today following the notice of the Kathmandu administration. <\/p>\n<p>Chairman of NEPSE Employees Association Nawaraj Thapa said that the office of NEPSE will be opened from today. &#8220;The office will open today.
