Surendra Padel has been appointed as the chairman of Nepal Reinsurance Company. <\/p>\n<p>A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Friday decided to appoint Padel to the state-owned reinsurance company. Padel has served as executive director of Nepal Oil Corporation( NOC). <\/p>\n<p>The government has removed Devraj Dhungana, chairman of the reinsurance company, from the post of executive director of the Security Printing Fund and appointed Padel as the chairman. <\/p>\n<p>Similarly, Hemant Basyal has been appointed as the chairman of The Nepal Stock Exchange.
