The U.S. Appeals Court has ruled that most tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump are illegal. <\/p>\n<p>President Trump has also reacted to the court&#8217;s decision. &#8220;All tariffs are still in place,&#8221; he wrote on Truth Social. Today a very partisan appeals court wrongly said that our tariffs should be removed, but they know that eventually america will win. \u2019<\/p>\n<p>This decision of the court can create a legal conflict. Which could affect Trump&#8217;s foreign policy plans. <\/p>\n<p>This decision affects Trump&#8217;s &#8220;reciprocal tariffs.&#8221; Which has been imposed in most countries of the world. <\/p>\n<p>It has tariffs imposed on China, Mexico and Canada. In a 7\u20134 ruling, the U.S. Federal Circuit Appeals Court rejected the Trump government&#8217;s argument that these tariffs were imposed under the Emergency Economic Powers Act. <\/p>\n<p>The court declared Trump&#8217;s actions &#8220;against the law&#8221; and &#8220;invalid&#8221;. This decision will not be applicable until October 14.
