Sopan Pharmaceuticals Limited is going to hold its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday. The meeting will be held at Binayak Hotel, Imadol, Kathmandu. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on August 29 decided the date of the meeting. <\/p>\n<p>The company will discuss and approve the annual report for the fiscal year 2081\/82 BS in the General Assembly. Similarly, the audit report for 2081\/82 will be approved. The assembly will pass a proposal to appoint auditors and fix remuneration for the upcoming fiscal year 2082\/83 BS. <\/p>\n<p>The assembly will pass a proposal to issue primary shares to the general public.
