The Patan High Court has ordered the release of Durga Prasain, a medical entrepreneur from Jhapa, who spearheaded the Rajawadi movement, in a banking fraud case. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>A division bench of Chief Justice Sudarshan Dev Bhatta and Justice Munendra Prasad Awasthi issued the order on Monday. <\/p>\n<p>The court has ordered prasain to be released on bail of Rs 2.5 million in a banking fraud case. <\/p>\n<p>The court&#8217;s order came after hearing arguments in a case related to loan misappropriation claiming to be Rs 184.4 million.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
