Nepal Insurance Authority (INSURANCE AUTHORITY) has issued a new guideline on risk-based capital determination, Risk-Based Capital and Solvency Directive 2025 (Risk Based Capital and Solvency Directive, 2025). <\/p>\n<p>The Board of Directors of nea, which has implemented the provision related to risk-based capital for all licensed insurers in a phased manner, has issued a new guideline with effect from July 1. <\/p>\n<p>According to the revised guidelines, the AUTHORITY has provided a new format to the insurer by modifying the details to be provided to the AUTHORITY regarding risk assessment. <\/p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/insurancekhabar.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/RBCS-Directive-for-insurers-2025.pdf\" class=\"pdfemb-viewer\" style=\"\" data-width=\"max\" data-height=\"max\" data-toolbar=\"both\" data-toolbar-fixed=\"on\">RBCS Directive for insurers 2025<\/a>\n<p>According to the AUTHORITY, quantitative regulatory reporting templates for the current fiscal year for the implementation of the provisions of the guidelines have been issued risk-based capital, (Quantitative Regulatory Reporting Templates Risk-Based Capital 2081-82). <\/p>\n<p>Last fiscal year 2081.
