The meeting will be held at Anmol Catering Service Shankhamul, Kathmandu from 11:00 am. <\/p>\n<p>The date of the meeting has been fixed as per the decision of the 444th meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Thursday. <\/p>\n<p>On behalf of the Board of Directors, the meeting will discuss and approve the annual reports of The National Insurance Company Limited for the fiscal year 2075\/76 and fiscal year 2076\/77. <\/p>\n<p>The meeting will discuss and pass the schedules related to the financial statements of the National Insurance Company Limited for the financial year 2075\/76 and the financial year 2076\/77 along with the report of the auditor for the fiscal year 2076\/77 BS, the profit and loss account and cash flow statements ended on the same date.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kathmandu.
