Kathmandu. American international hotel chain Ramada by Wyndham is set to take over the management of the airport hotel near Gautam Buddha Airport in Bhairahawa. Buddha Regency Private Limited is set to operate a five-star hotel located near the airport under construction. <\/p>\n
A franchise agreement has also been signed between Buddha Regency and Wyndham Hotels and Resorts. The proposed Ramada by Wyndham hotel will have 100 rooms. The hotel will have all-day dining, bar lounge, assembly hall, meeting room, gym, spa, and swimming pool facilities. <\/p>\n
The hotel, which has completed the construction of physical infrastructure and begun interior decoration work, is expected to be operational by 2025. <\/p>\n
Siddharthnagar (Bhairahawa) is the administrative headquarters of Rupandehi district of Lumbini province. The city is located 265 km west of the federal capital, Kathmandu, and shares a border with the Indian city of Sunauli in Uttar Pradesh, India. <\/p>\n
