Kathmandu. Samjhana Aryal has been appointed as the chairperson of the board of directors of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on December 26 decided to appoint him to the post.
Likewise, Chan Bahadur Bhattachan has been appointed as the member of the board of directors of the company representing the promoter shareholders.
